For Congregations and
Community Service Groups

Hands-on restoration of the park is a satisfying community service opportunity. Adults and young people enjoy working together in the park, and can take pride in the natural beauty that they literally helped take root in their neighborhood.

Contact us at volunteer@fhsp.org to arrange a volunteer work session in the spring or fall. You may qualify to adopt an area of the park that you restore and monitor over time. We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring water and work gloves. We provide additional tools and instruction.
